As our core business, marine engineering is where our team of experts can deliver precisely executed documentation within agreed deadlines, which is crucial for a successful production line. YACHT DESIGN
KUB Engineering integrated 2pixel studio in 2014 to lead its yacht design department. Our designers honed their skills at I.U.A.V. Venice, one of the most prestigious design schools in Europe. Alongside the formal education, a strong passion for sailing, minimalistic style and the use of clean lines give their creations a distinct Italian look.
During years of successful projects in the yacht design sector, we gained experience and knowledge in the following fields:
- Concept design (design proposals, proportions, ergonomics, style, etc.)
- Initial exterior/interior 3D geometry and presentation renderings
- Preparing geometry for CNC manufacturing and interior workshop drawings
- Presentation materials (exterior and interior photorealistic renderings)

SHIPBUILDING
KUB Engineering’s experts work as a flexible „on-site“ production team specialized in hull section constructions and hull outfitting.
Working mostly with steel and aluminium, our expertise lies in pre-assembly, large assembly (hull sections), installation (on board) and outfitting (pre-assembly and/or installation).
KUB Engineering has created a set of diverse shipbuilding abilities, a combination of engineering and production. It enables us to lead and execute complex shipbuilding hull sections and/or outfitting projects. We deliver within deadlines and have technical capacity to produce at maximum quality level. According to clients’ preference, we can deliver our work as a turnkey solution or based on hourly rates.

EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
Our team consists of experienced shipbuilding workers that have been „in the business“ for more than a decade. Our people have taken part in projects throughout Croatian and Italian shipyards, working on new constructions, repairs or custom projects such as cruisers, dredgers, livestock carriers, car carriers, wagon carriers, off-shore platforms etc., thus acquiring a wide variety of knowledge and skill sets.
