MODULAR SYSTEM
The ways of combining ComboCube modules enable you to choose the volume and measurements of your structure. By simple adjustments we can increase or decrease the capacity, relocate the module or change their function. The number of combined modules - and also the area you get by combining them - is unlimited.
The measurements of one module are 245 x 490 x 290 cm (width x length x height), the total area of 12 m2, or volume of 35 m3. These dimensions are specifically determined in order to optimize the connectivity and configuration of units as well as transporting the modules without additional traffic permits. The module’s total area of 12 m2 fits the legal definition of “a kiosk” up to 12 m2 which does not require issuing any construction permits. This makes it easy to erect the modules in remote locations where would be practically impossible to do construction work.
MATERIALS
Materials used for ComboCube, as well as the concept and philosophy behind it, ensure a high ecological standard and meet the needs of environmentally conscious customers. We use modern technologies and new-but-proven materials. When choosing materials, our priorities are high moisture resistance and low thermal conductivity. For example, multi-layered outer surface of the module is composed of discarded wooden shavings glued together by a mixture of concrete.
Steel framework, as well as metal bindings and roof tiles can be completely recycled. High quality isolation in walls, ceiling and floor, along with multi-layered glass surface, ensures a high level of energy efficiency which reduces the amount of energy needed for heating or cooling the space.

The modular building system of ComboCube enables you to adapt the interior design depending on the function and your personal preferences. Since each ComboCube is custom-made, we can for example create a module with the metal structure of different measurements and therefore with thicker layer of thermal isolation which could further improve unit’s energy efficiency.
With the simple addition of solar panels for heating up water and generating electricity, as well as reservoirs for drinking water and waste water, the modules can become completely autonomous and independent of urban infrastructure. In other words, ideal for remote locations in the nature.
With lower expenses on construction work prior to the assembly of the modules and lower administrative expenses, ComboCube also ensures considerable energy savings due to carefully chosen materials.
